Port City Stockyards for over 78 years has offered livestock marketing services; first in Houston as a terminal stockyards from 1931 to 1968.  In '68 Port City acquired the Sealy Livestock Auction and in 1972 the Brenham Livestock Auction.  Port City sold its Brenham operations at the end of 2008 and now solely operates the Sealy Livestock Auction.
